Position Description:

1.E2E product lifecycle management, e.g. financial modeling new product planning, and actual financial performance tracking.

4.Cooperate with GEO, Biz team for Segment performance interlock, and build up financial insight for management review.

Position Requirement:

Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Management.

CPA/ACCA is a plus3years plus experience in full PnL analysis , 3~5 years in Consumer Market with operational experience would be a plus.

Expert in MS. Tools: Excel, PPT, Power BI will be a plus.

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and EnglishPassionate about technology.

Position Summary：

– Producing and distributing timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis to responsible business for decision making.

– Supporting responsible business in the financial planning cycle including both long term strategic planning (MBS) and immeidate term operation planning (OPL, DF, MBP, etc).

– Executing the Period End Closing process of resposible business and factories

A day in the life of…

– Ensure that financial reports are correct and provided on time to responsible BUs & FUs. Meanwhile, to ensure questions & issues in relation to various P&L lines will be analyzed properly & in time.

– Active participation in and contribution to the financial planning preparation for responsible business. Act as the central point of contact between Corporates, Factories, Functions and Business.

– Ensure the smooth execution of Period End Closing tasks for responsible factories and business.

– Ensure Nestle financial policies, Accounting Standards are followed within the Finance Community and coordinate the roll out of new or updated Guidelines and its integration within the reporting processes. Test new SAP functionalities, tools and solutions.

– Participate in projects when financial information are required. Share best practice, drives improvement and implement new initiatives.

What will make you successful

– University degree or equal in Finance related subject preferable with international qualified Accounting Certificate as ACCA, CPA or CA etc.

– 3+ years of finance and control experience in multinational company preferable in FMCG industry.

– Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications – in particular Excel & PowerPoint.

– Proficiency in English and language of the market (where appl).
